Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate necessary matters concerning the use of all services provided by Playground (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Content of the Service)
1. The Service provides a variety of information, including publicly available Hot 100 chart information from Billboard and travel information provided through the API of the Republic of Korea's Public Data Portal (data.go.kr).
2. The contents of the Service may be added or changed, and in this case, it will be announced through the website.
Article 3 (Attribution of Copyright)
1. With the exception of content created by the Service itself, the copyright for the Billboard chart information belongs to Billboard, and the copyright for the information provided by the Public Data Portal belongs to the original copyright holder of that data.
2. Users shall not use the information obtained by using the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
1. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided from external sources (such as the Billboard website, the Republic of Korea's Public Data Portal, etc.), and is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of such information.
2. Users must use the Service at their own judgment and responsibility.
Article 5 (Amendment of the Terms)
1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended to reflect changes in laws or services.
2. If the terms and conditions are changed, it will be announced through the website.
In the event that a membership function is added in the future, these terms and conditions will be revised to include related contents.
Appendix
These terms and conditions will be effective from July 23, 2025.
